Our standard shipping service, shipped via Royal Mail in the UK, is FREE of charge on all EU and US orders of £70 or more. Allow approximately 5 – 10 business days for delivery to destinations outside of the UK. Please note, the International part of the transit is managed by local courier services and is not tracked by Royal Mail from this point onwards. In the rare event of the goods being delayed overseas, it may be difficult for our customer team to trace your package. Due to varying customs regulations, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch, dependant on the destination.

EXPRESS DELIVERY for UK & International Orders
UK Express
For next working day delivery, you must place your order before 12pm Monday - Friday (GMT). If your order is placed after the midday deadline, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note, for customers based in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, allow within 3 business days from dispatch. All express deliveries are fully tracked and the tracking information will be provided to you by email upon dispatch.
Same Day London
In London? Receive your order today! Our same day service is only applicable to those based in the Greater London area. To receive your parcel in time, place your order before 2pm GMT (Mon-Fri) on the day required for delivery. To reserve your delivery, select “UNITED KINGDOM” as the destination followed by “Same Day London” as the delivery method at checkout. Once the order has been placed, please call our Customer Care Team to confirm on 0845 838 1331.
International Express
Select express shipping and receive your parcel in the fastest time possible. All international orders are shipped securely via DHL Express Worldwide*. Allow up to 4 business days for delivery from dispatch.
